Bruna Della, 29 years old.
I've been writing online since I was a teenager. The blog started as an unpretentious space for venting, discoveries, and recording daily life, but it ended up becoming something bigger: a place where I can organize my thoughts, go through phases, and share experiences honestly, without the rush and excess of social media.
Today, the Della Blog talks about adult life, emotional health, everyday spirituality, self-care, art, a welcoming routine, nature, femininity, and the little things that help life feel more human. Between midlife crises, internal changes, simple rituals, achievable habits, and reflections on the contemporary world, this space exists for women who are also trying to find a lighter and more authentic way of living.
I've changed my hair countless times, started different courses, changed plans, reinvented myself a few times, and I still don't really believe in completely linear paths. Maybe that's why I like it here so much. The blog has been following my transformations for over a decade without demanding that I always be the same person.
I live in São Bernardo do Campo , but I remain interested in anything that provokes inner movement: art, silence, spirituality, travel, deep conversations, nature, and experiences that truly make sense.
The Della Blog was officially launched in 2017, rebranding the former "Cappuccino e Bobagens," but its essence remains the same: sharing life in a human, intimate, and free way.
Because, in the end, this has always been the place I return to.
